The Vante 4160 series TPE tube sealing head is designed for use with the CONT4160 controller to produce reliable and efficient, permanent seals in thermoplastic tubing. The 4161 model sealing head is designed for thin-wall (0.062 or 0.094in) TPE tubing with a 0.250 to 0.688in outer diameter. The 4162 model sealing head is for thick-wall (0.125in) TPE tubing with a 0.375 to 1in outer diameter.

To help ensure the safety of the user, these sealing heads feature a built-in safety lock feature to prevent them from being opened once a sealing cycle has been initiated.
